Do you represent both landlords and tenants?

Yes, though never on opposite sides of the same deal. On a given assignment we act exclusively for one party. Working both sides across the market keeps us current on rents, concessions, and absorption, which sharpens our negotiating position whichever side we represent.

We price the space against live comparables, define the target occupier, and address any repositioning the floors need to compete. Then we market actively and negotiate to stabilize income. The goal is faster absorption on terms that protect the asset's long-term value, not just a signed lease.
