Robert Festinger

Robert Festinger brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience across commercial real estate, hospitality, asset management, and complex advisory assignments. His career spans institutional platforms, private equity-backed ventures, owner-side leadership roles, and direct principal investing, with a consistent focus on execution, value creation, and operational accountability.

He has led acquisitions, asset management, repositioning strategies, and day-to-day operational oversight across luxury hotels, mixed-use assets, and Class A office portfolios in major markets including South Florida, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Chicago. His experience includes high-profile hospitality and real estate assignments involving some of the most recognized brands, owners, and capital partners in the industry.

Robert participated in the $375 million acquisition of the Trump International Hotel at 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue and its conversion into a Waldorf Astoria, working closely with the Trump Organization and Hilton. He has also overseen luxury hospitality assets across South Florida, including major repositioning initiatives in highly competitive markets such as Coral Gables and Miami Beach.

Across his career, Robert has been involved in more than $2 billion in financing activity, has raised more than $200 million in equity, and has executed hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisitions and dispositions. He has managed complex leasing, capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight initiatives across institutional-quality office and hospitality assets, with direct responsibility for operating performance, cash flow management, and asset-level execution.

In addition to his transaction and operating background, Robert has led significant human resources and organizational oversight functions, including executive leadership support, team development, staffing strategy, operational accountability, and cross-functional coordination across property operations, leasing, finance, and ownership groups.
