My experience spans complex, high-profile assets including the Waldorf Astoria Washington, DC, the Mondrian South Beach, and Class A office and mixed-use portfolios across major U.S. markets. I have led leasing strategies, operational turnarounds, and repositioning initiatives that have driven measurable improvements in occupancy, revenue, and asset value, including increasing stabilized office occupancy from the mid-80 percent range into the mid-90 percent range.
I have worked directly alongside private equity firms, institutional investors, lenders, and global brands, including Blackstone, Deutsche Bank, Hilton, Starwood Capital, MSD, Cerberus, and Banco Popular. My experience includes participation in more than $1.5 billion in financings, over $200 million in equity raises, and hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisitions and dispositions across hospitality, office, and mixed-use assets. I have been directly involved in transactions and asset-level strategies requiring disciplined underwriting, operational judgment, capital markets execution, and stakeholder alignment.
